Background
David’s 35-year legal career has run the gamut from
defending tort litigation for national product manufacturers, insurers and
public entities to championing the causes of injured persons and businesses.
Before practicing law, David served as a Claim Manager for Allstate Insurance
Company supervising litigation throughout Northern California and Nevada. His
experience as an insurance professional has served him well over the last three
decades while defending bad faith actions and acting as coverage counsel. He
has also assisted the California Department of Insurance in clarifying and
promoting the California Fair Claims Practice standards for the insurance
industry. Most recently, David has been employing his litigation and insurance
experience to mediate and arbitrate personal injury, professional liability,
real estate, construction matters in Sacramento and neighboring counties
