Biography
David's 35-year legal career has run the gamut from defending national product manufacturers, insurers and public entities to severely-injured personal injury plaintiffs. Before practicing law, David served as a Claim Manager for Allstate Insurance Company supervising litigation throughout Northern California. His experience as an insurance professional has served him well over the last three decades while defending bad faith actions and acting as coverage counsel. But above all, David is a trial attorney.
David has deep roots in the local community, owning a local business while practicing law here in Auburn. His commitment to the betterment of the community is evidenced by his participation in local trade and service organizations.

Biography
Ralph's legal experience began with the Sacramento law firm of Mackenroth, Ryan & Fong, primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation where he eventually became a partner. Within a few years he solidified himself as not only a successful civil trial attorney but also as effective counsel in insurance disputes and coverage matters. In addition to performing duties as coverage counsel and lead counsel in complex declaratory relief and bad faith claims in State and Federal Court, Ralph has continued to successfully handle business and personal injury cases through trial and alternative dispute forums. He has successful appellate experience in Federal Court. As a representative for a foreign insurance carrier doing business in the United States, Ralph also has direct insurance claims handling experience, hiring, supervising and directing other attorneys and law firms in litigation across the United States. Ralph's practice continues to be marked by a rewarding and complementing mix of civil litigation and insurance coverage experience.
